Variety: Riesling 85% i Viognier 15% in own farms Les lleres, La Plana, L’Envista, La Cabanera.
Elaboration: Fermentation in inox deposits of 23 Hl. Each farm separately.
Aging: Reductive aging for 10 months in fine lees for 14 months in Inox deposits.
Type of viticulture: Ecological (without certification)
